Within a scientific research team between College of Computer Science and Information Technology at University of Al-Qadisiyah and Monash University in Australia. New research article is published at International Journal of Information Technology – Springer that is classified in the first quarter of Scopus.

Team is consisted of researchers, Assistant Professor Dr. Dhiah Al-Shammary, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Mohsen Mahdi, and researcher Suad Ayfan from University of Al-Qadisiyah in addition to Professor Dr. Fahim Sufi from Monash University in Australia.

Research has included developing and presenting a new technology for dynamic Internet messages clustering. It aims to improve

the performance of communications over the network by developing and applying artificial intelligence methods, based on the development of Minkowski mathematical system and incorporating it into a new effective algorithm for managing messages clustering. The proposed technology works to dynamically cluster information packets sent over the network, compress them to reduce loads on the network.

It is worth noting the continuation of scientific partnerships between the College of Computer Science and Information Technology at University of Al-Qadisiyah with universities and companies outside Iraq, which have resulted in the development and provision of several smart technologies in various medical and communications fields.
